Sociall is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using Sociall, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We do not knowingly permit anyone under 21 to use the platform. If we become aware that a user is under 21, we will immediately suspend or terminate their access. If you believe an underage person is using Sociall, please report it to safety@sociall.me immediately.
It is a violation of these Terms — and potentially illegal under Canadian criminal law — to allow a minor to appear on your camera feed, even accidentally or in the background.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any depiction, transmission, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material is an immediate permanent ban and will be reported without delay to the appropriate authorities, including the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and relevant law enforcement. This is not discretionary — we are legally obligated to report under Canadian law and will do so regardless of any other consideration.
Sociall is a live, peer-to-peer random video and text chat platform. We connect users with one another in real time through WebRTC technology. Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between users’ devices — Sociall does not record, store, or have access to the content of your video calls.
Sociall is a communication infrastructure provider, not a publisher or speaker of user-generated content. We do not create, curate, or endorse what users say or show. We are not responsible for the behavior, statements, or actions of any user.
Sociall is not a dating service, escort service, or adult entertainment platform. It is a general-purpose social connection tool for adults.
Account registration is optional but required for certain features (such as saving your rating score or accessing Premium). If you create an account:
Guest (non-registered) users are identified by a temporary session ID that is not linked to any personal information beyond their current session.
You agree to use Sociall only for lawful, respectful human connection. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension, referral to law enforcement, or legal action at Sociall’s sole discretion.
You retain full ownership of any content you create or share on Sociall (messages, usernames, profile data). By using the platform, you grant Sociall Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service — for example, routing your chat messages to your matched partner.
Because video streams are peer-to-peer and not stored by Sociall, this license does not extend to your video or audio content. We do not retain copies of your conversations.
You represent that any content you share does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not violate any applicable law.
Sociall uses a combination of automated tools (rate limiting, ban systems, behavioral scoring) and user-driven reporting (the ⚑ Flag button) to promote community safety. However:
If you encounter harmful content or behavior, use the Flag button immediately and/or contact safety@sociall.me.
Mandatory reporting: Sociall Inc. is legally obligated under Canadian law to report any known or suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to Cybertip.ca (operated by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection) and to relevant law enforcement authorities. We will do so promptly upon becoming aware of any such content, without exception and without advance notice to the user involved.
Nudity policy: Non-sexual nudity (e.g., accidental exposure) is handled through our flag and ban system. Sexual nudity or explicit acts are subject to immediate permanent ban. Sociall operates a zero-tolerance policy for explicit content and takes all reports seriously.
Sociall offers an optional Premium subscription (“Sociall Premium”) at $4.99 USD/month, processed by Stripe. By subscribing:
Premium features are a service license, not a tangible product. They have no monetary value outside of Sociall and are non-transferable.
All software, code, design, branding, logos, trademarks, and platform content associated with Sociall are the exclusive property of Sociall Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Sociall’s intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal platform use.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Sociall platform.
Specifically, Sociall Inc. makes no warranty regarding:

In no event shall Sociall Inc.’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) CAD $50, or (b) the total amount you paid to Sociall Inc. in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid us anything in the preceding 30 days, our total liability is CAD $0 — meaning your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sociall Inc. and its operators, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Sociall reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim.
Sociall may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for:
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.
You may stop using Sociall at any time. If you have a Premium subscription, you must cancel it through Stripe to stop recurring charges.
Sociall Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
Your continued use of Sociall after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Sociall shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec. You irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@sociall.me and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution.
Sociall Inc. respects your privacy. This section explains what we collect, why, and how.

Sociall respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to hello@sociall.me including:
Note: Because Sociall’s video streams are peer-to-peer and not stored by us, we cannot remove live stream content retroactively. We will take appropriate action against repeat infringers.
